Achilles Cottage has officially ruined normal vacations for us. This was our second stay in villa Leonidas, and once again it exceeded every expectation. The cottage is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly tucked into one of the most stunning settings imaginable. Waking up to the sunrise with coffee on the terrace and ending the day watching the sunset felt like a dream every single day. What we also loved is that, since the cottage does not include a pool, it is a much more budget-friendly option compared to the villa, but without sacrificing the atmosphere, comfort, or those incredible views. Honestly, we spent most of our days exploring anyway. It is the perfect base for hiking, visiting nearby beaches, discovering the local villages and tavernas, and then returning to complete peace and privacy at the end of the day. You can really tell the owners care deeply about the property and their guests.
We enjoyed this cottage so much! The cottage is secluded and private and we felt so at peace while here! The views were absolutely breathtaking and I loved waking up to the sea each morning. We did rent a car since Leo recommended it and I am glad we did. The beach is very close to the cottage but you are on a mountain side so it is safest to drive down to the water. We explored the neighboring towns too which had amazing food. We loved this cottage and hopefully we can stay again.
The location is excellent, the interior is brand new, great comfort in the rooms and the rest of the house, fully equipped kitchen, very nice yard. The road leading to the accommodation's parking lot, that is, the last 100 meters or so, is a bad dirt road with stones. It needs improvement, but from what they told us, it's in their immediate plans.
We stayed at this cottage in Kardamiyli for around 5 days. The cottage was perfect for our family of four (two adults / 2 kids); beautiful; brand new: fully equipped kitchen; lovely bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space; all equipment worked perfectly: and most importantly it was perfectly clean. The hosts were in communication all the time and were very helpful and friendly. The location is great as very close to Kardamiyli, which is beautiful; close to many great tavernas and beautiful beaches. This was probably our best Airbnb stay so far and would be delighted to return one day.

My first introduction to Greece could not have been better, partly due to the fact that we chose to stay at Villa Leonidas. It is the attention to detail that really impressed me. You can tell that our comfort was thought about and every necessity was provided with such taste and care. The lovely poolside pergola and upstairs spacious veranda were favorite spots to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The olive and citrus trees are plentiful and they recently started bottling their own olive oil, which is absolutely amazing!
We loved our time in Villa Leonidas! The main house and guest house were the perfect setting for our big Greek family vacation. The view was stunning and the host immensely attentive and helpful. This is an undiscovered gem with breathtaking views; we hope to return again soon.

Booking directly was a breeze and allowed for a seamless and hassle-free process. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the private pool and outdoor lounging areas. The serene ambiance, coupled with stunning views, provided the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. Absolutely perfect stay at Villa Leonidas in Kardamili! We just spend 5 gorgeous days at Villa Leonidas. We were a group of 8 and stayed in both the main house and guest house, and everything exceeded our expectations. The views are stunning, especially from the terrace and the balconies, with sunsets and sunrises that are truly unforgettable.
